Yoga Day @Assisi

Bhagavad Gita says, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” 8th International Yoga day was celebrated in a Yogi manner by all the students and teachers in the Assisi premises at 7.30am. Various Aasanas were performed zealously by the participants. Dr Rajendra Salagare (Paediatrics) was the chief guest of the day. Shreya, Kushi and doctor enlightened about the importance of the day and the benefits of practicing Yoga in our lives. All the students and teachers devotedly participated in the event.

Shradha Praveen Shirgguppikar   It was a great day for all of us as we had organised yoga day in our school. It is said that the beginning of the day matters the whole day and the way we started our day made us feel more cheerful and energetic. It was great that our chief guest and Fr.
